The round R-Ring is the traditional and the most economic. Also available to accommodate a wide array of sheet sizes and with a number of rings with or without boosters or locking mechanisms. The full capacity of this type of mechanism range from 15 mm to 55 mm.The inserted paper sheets not on the same line, but allow index tabs to be more readable since the text is indexed. Available in most standard sheet sizes and capacities.
Lever Arch Mechanism :
The closing mechanism has two rings that open with a lever. The lever arch mechanism is easy to open and close. Available with compression bar and riveting plate. 2” and 3” capacities are most used for. All lever arch mechanism are metal reinforces openings at the front cover which clasp on to the lever mechanism when you close the file. This means that the lever arch file can stand alone, without support.
Punchless File Mechanism :
The exclusive punchless mechanism is convenient for filling requirements. Documents can easily inserted and removed with punchless mechanism lever coz it’s easy to open and close. The name itself defines that it does not require any punching on paper for filing. Spring File Mechanism :
Special spring mechanism is a convenient way of filing and to hold more quantity of papers. Spring mechanism (files) is very easy and simple to operate. It has a special feature, on the left of the file it has a ‘U’ shape clip in which the spring is inserted to remove a particular document, turn or add a document.
